About Creative Campground

Ryan has been working as a professional artist for over 15 years, her practice spans from traditional portrait work to large-scale digital murals for corporate clients but at her core she is a fine artist — infatuated with symbolism, vibrant color, and finding (and telling) the story inside every subject that she paints. 

Her work is heavily inspired by artist like Frida Kahlo, Keith Haring and others who weren’t afraid to be bold, symbolic and a little strange. 

When she’s not painting or drawing, or thinking about how she should be doing both of those things but is instead staring out the window, Ryan is outside chasing her two children through campsites, driving them somewhere else that they need to go or working on her rather sub-par martial arts skills.
