About Murals

Every mural project starts with a conversation about your space, vision, and goals. From there, I'll need photos and general measurements of the space to begin designing. I create digitally rendered quick sketches to explore direction, then refine those into a final digital sketch. Once approved, I send a completed digital rendering of the full mural for final sign-off before any painting begins.

Mural commissions are paid in four installments: 25% to reserve your spot, 25% after the final sketch is approved, 25% before painting begins, and the final 25% due at completion. All mural deposits and payments are non-refundable, though every effort will be made to ensure you're happy with the final result.

Traditional murals are painted using high-quality interior and acrylic paint. I use a projector to translate the digital design onto your wall as accurately as possible, though slight variation between the digital version and the final painted piece is normal given the difference in medium.

If your wall needs prep work — drywall patching, sanding, priming, etc. — that needs to be handled by a third party before painting begins. I'm happy to take care of this myself for an additional fee if you'd rather not source it separately.

Once painting has begun, I'll do my best to accommodate any requested changes, but they may come with an additional cost depending on the scope.

I don't provide ongoing maintenance for completed murals. If touch-up work is ever needed down the line — due to moved furniture, new trim, general wear, etc. — that can be arranged separately and billed as its own project.

Printing and installation are handled by a third-party vendor of your choosing, and those costs are your responsibility. I'll work directly with your vendor to make sure all specifications are met, though I'm not involved in the actual printing or installation process. If you need help finding a vendor, I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
